Who We Are

The People Behind 100th Meridian Ranching

At 100th Meridian Ranching, we believe sustainable agriculture is built on sound economics, practical management, and long-term relationships. Our team brings together real ranch experience and forward-thinking strategy to help producers reduce risk, improve efficiency, and build operations that last.

We aren’t just managing cattle — we’re working alongside ranchers to create smarter systems for the future of agriculture.

Lease the bull, keep the profit.

Justin & Bryn Rader

Owners | 100th Meridian Ranching

Justin and Bryn Rader are fifth-generation ranchers who both grew up on family operations in the Texas Panhandle near the 100th Meridian. Their roots in cattle country shape everything they do — from land stewardship to livestock management.

Together, they are committed to ensuring ranching remains both a meaningful way of life and a profitable, sustainable business for future generations. Their approach blends practical ranch experience with disciplined economic strategy.

Based in Canadian, Texas, they operate owned and leased land across several enterprises including cow-calf production, bred heifers, custom grazing, and bull leasing.

Justin holds a degree in Rangeland Management from Oklahoma State University and completed Texas Christian University’s Ranch Management Program. Bryn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University. She currently serves as a nurse practitioner in the emergency department, bringing advanced clinical training, leadership experience, and a systems-oriented mindset to both her medical career and ranch operations. Both Justin and Bryn have completed Ranching for Profit and serve as board members in the Executive Link program.

They are raising their two sons, Lincoln and Griffin, with the same love for the ranching way of life that shaped them.

Lane Hale

Bull Lease Manager

Lane Hale serves as Bull Lease Manager and plays a key role in customer relationships, logistics, acquisitions, and livestock care.

Raised in Ozona, Texas — in the heart of sheep and goat country — Lane developed a deep appreciation for the western way of life early on. He earned a degree in Agricultural Leadership, minor in Animal Science, from Texas Tech University in 2016, after attending South Plains College, broadening his perspective across multiple areas of agricultural production.

Lane’s professional path has included education, crop production, small business entrepreneurship, along with the sheep and cattle business— experiences that give him a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities producers face today.

He is passionate about preserving the heritage, work ethic, and community that define rural America. Lane works closely with customers to understand their breeding goals, calving seasons, and operational needs to ensure the right bulls are delivered at the right time.

Lane and his wife, Kortni, along with their daughters, Hattie and Hollin, enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling. Their family continues a third-generation love for sheep, Border Collies, and the opportunities both provide for raising the next generation in agriculture.
